As IT Support Specialist (all genders) you are the direct contact person for our customers in the B2B area regarding our software solutions
Via telephone and e-mail you are responsible for questions, finding solutions and processing customer tickets (2nd and 3rd level)
You analyze, categorize and document the incoming tickets according to our workflows and coordinate closely with the other specialist teams for this purpose
What distinguishes you
You have successfully graduated in business administration, business informatics or a comparable field of study
You have gained initial professional experience in sales in the IT industry
Knowledge of innovative software solutions, ideally in the SAP or ECM environment, would be desirable
You have a high affinity for IT and are determined and success-oriented in your work
You are self-confident and work in a structured manner
You enjoy working in a team, are in contact with people and communicate very well in German and good in English
