Your graphical and conceptual ideas are valuable. Through your creativity and energy you inspire your team and ignite the spark that makes the project shine
You communicate your ideas early and often, understand and develop user interface concepts and are able to visualize them in storyboards, user flows and wireframes

Extensive design skills and experience in the development of user interface concepts, responsive designs and dynamic user interfaces
Structured, independent and result-oriented work, openness and willingness to communicate
A degree in design or the ability to convince us otherwise
Solid work experience in the web field (3+ years of experience as a UI, web, visual or whatever your job has been called so far)
Very good command of current design tools (Figma, Sketch, XD, Balsamiq...)
Confident communication and presentation skills (Keynote/Powerpoint)
Basic knowledge and willingness to learn in the areas of user experience (UX), user centered design, usability and information architecture
Basic knowledge of common front-end frameworks, HTML, CSS and JavaScript
You are fluent in German and English
