As a BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (all genders) you are responsible for:

  • The sales campaigns and the execution of campaigns in cooperation with our marketing and cold calling team
  • The execution of market research with the support of our marketing department
  • The compilation of target customer lists for different campaigns
  • The approach of potential (direct and indirect) users of the valantic solution to pre-qualified customers
  • Managing the entire sales process
  • Writing proposals in collaboration with our SME and client engagement team
  • Managing the contract process by assembling the right team, both on valantic's side and on the client's side
  • Sales reporting and management
  • Developing new opportunities with our existing clients by assisting our Client Engagement Team in growing our presence with an existing client

What distinguishes you


  • A degree in business administration or technical studies or a comparable commercial / technical education
  • You have sales experience, as well as 2-3 years of proven experience in selling financial software solutions
  • You have experience in the payments industry, as well as knowledge of the banking landscape in Eastern Europe
  • You are fluent in English
  • You have a high sense of responsibility and assertiveness
  • You demonstrate an entrepreneurial mindset, initiative and drive


  • You have professional experience in the IT/software environment
    Leadership experience
  • Post trading experience
  • Experience with cryptocurrencies
  • You have CRM knowledge
  • You are proficient in common standard software such as PowerPoint and Word
  • You are characterized by your communication and presentation skills, as well as your empathy and negotiation skills


  • Experience in fintech, banking or financial services.
  • German language skills on native level and fluent English skills
