• Responsible for analyzing and implementing optimization solutions for customers in the automotive supply industry
• Coordinate and perform supplier audits
• Provide analysis to identify vulnerabilities and define solutions
• Prepare presentations and documentation
• Moderate conference calls and workshops with customers
• Acting as a mentor to our consultants and customers

• BS/BA in Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering or related field of study with a focus on logistics/supply chain management (Master's Degree is a plus)
• Several years of experience in logistics planning in the automotive or mechanical engineering industry or in a consulting firm
• Demonstrate success in the development of strategic SCM concepts as well as their implementation operationally
• Proven experience in at least one of the areas of distribution logistics, production logistics, warehouse and logistics planning, inventory management and logistics controlling
• Ability to be assertive, understand and create concepts within a dynamic environment
• A good working knowledge in ERP systems
• A high degree of customer commitment and result oriented
• Travel 70% or more to customers in the US and abroad
• Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
