Recruiting processes: You drive these independently and improve them continuously and sustainably.
Idea generator: You develop ideas to win new colleagues for netz98 and to sustainably inspire them for us.
Teamwork: You work closely with our specialist departments, managers, but also with your colleagues in IT and the back office and sometimes look beyond the recruiting horizon.
More than recruiting: Your tasks not only include recruiting topics, you are also interested in advancing other internal HR processes (including onboarding, employee recommendations, events, HR marketing, employer branding, etc.).
What distinguishes you
Experience: You have already gained experience as an IT Recruiter in the personnel service or in an agency.
Networking specialist: Networking and making contacts comes easily to you - and you regularly maintain existing contacts to ensure our long-term growth.
Tech-savvy: Most of our vacancies are very tech-heavy. You have a basic knowledge of IT or are willing to build it up.
Furthermore: You speak business fluent German as well as very good English and have already worked with XING 360 Grad, LinkedIn Recruiter and also an ATS like Prescreen or similar in the past.
