Dr. Philipp Hoberg has vast experience in e-commerce and the digital transformation of companies. After working in agency environments and management consulting and writing a doctoral thesis on “The individualization of information in e-commerce”, he has been responsible for the development and requirements management of e-commerce projects of different sizes at valantic since 2019. Together with an interdisciplinary team, he accompanies B2B and B2C clients from the first strategy to the technical and functional implementation of their projects and the continuous advancement of their digital touchpoints.

Under the motto “More quality for your life”, the LR Group with headquarters in Ahlen/Westphalia produces and distributes health and beauty products to 28 countries. As a modern social selling platform, the company combines personal interaction in their community with efficient, digital solutions. Their expertise is documented by their self-developed app “LR Connect”, which supports the community in building and developing their own business. With many of them working as micro-influencers, their community is young and flexible and makes increasing use of social media as a sales platform. Among other things, Michael Weber and his team are responsible for the company’s digital transformation.
