As a Senior Process Consultant (all genders), you will be responsible for defining the end-to-end (E2E) supply chain processes for one of our leading clients in the fashion industry
You will skillfully use your communication skills in the design and moderation of workshops and play a key role in accompanying our client on their transformation journey
With the help of your leadership skills, you ensure the success of the project and the achievement of the defined milestones
You bring together the different perspectives of the various stakeholders to create a coherent E2E process
You identify potential for improvement in organizational workflows, business processes and the underlying IT architecture and thus make a significant contribution to the success of our customers
As an important link between IT and business, you translate complex requirements into feasible and practical concepts
In addition, you will continuously develop our product portfolio and work closely with our SAP experts

You have successfully completed your studies in the fields of technology and management-oriented business administration, (industrial) engineering, (business) informatics or a comparable field of study
You have several years of experience in process consulting and/or planning (S&OP) in an international organization specifically tailored to the fashion industry
Ideally, you have already worked with various SAP IBP modules (IBP for Demand, IBP for Inventory Optimization, IBP for Response and Supply)
Your above-average facilitation skills enable you to effectively engage and integrate different stakeholders in both individual and team meetings
You skillfully use your leadership skills to drive critical decisions in all process-related areas
You have already given presentations to senior management and communicate confidently at all levels
You impress with your proactive, independent and solution-oriented way of working
You are characterized by your strong customer focus, willingness to learn and infectious enthusiasm
You are willing to travel and speak fluent German and English
