- As Group Controller (all genders), you work at the interface between central finance, BI department, and group companies (Competence Centers) both domestically and internationally
- Serve as a sparring partner for Group Controlling, developing action recommendations with Competence Centers and supporting economic performance inquiries
- Assist in the annual budgeting process and forecast process for both the company and Competence Centers
- Present, discuss, and implement management measures for the group and individual Competence Centers alongside business partners
- Play a crucial role in creating and evolving regular reporting
- Define controlling processes, establish reporting standards, and ensure adherence to company guidelines
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses and develop business cases, adding to the variety of tasks
What distinguishes you
- You bring experience in controlling, possibly even knowledge in the service or consulting industry
- BI systems are familiar to you, and you may even have experience using project management software and CRM systems
- You are characterized by a pragmatic hands-on approach, enjoy creative work, and have strong problem-solving skills
- You have excellent analytical abilities, understand economic interrelations, and can derive practical recommendations for action from them
- In all this, you are a strong communicator, able to present complex issues clearly and take others on a journey with well-thought-out concepts
- Very good MS Office skills, as well as fluent German and good English skills, complete your profile
