In your role as a working student in the field of recruiting (all genders), you will support us in operational applicant management, among other things. This will focus on the following tasks:
- In the recruiting process , you will support us throughout the entire process – from the preparation of the job advertisement to the preparation of the offer interview
- You are the first point of contact for applicants and ensure an excellent candidate experience
- You maintain our applicant management system and optimize recruiting processes
- You find and attract talent through networks like LinkedIn
- After your induction, you will conduct interviews with the specialist department for selected positions
- The preparation of the weekly recruiting report and reporting in the HR meeting are also part of your varied area of responsibility
- In addition, you will take on HR sub-projects, e.g. in the area of employer branding
What distinguishes you
- You are an enrolled student in the field of economics, social sciences, psychology or a similar course of study, ideally with a focus on human resource management
- Very good knowledge of German and English
- Initial experience in recruiting or active sourcing is an advantage
- You have very good knowledge of MS Office, knowledge of SAP SF recruiting is an advantage
- You are characterized by initiative, strong communication skills and a structured way of working
