What distinguishes you
- Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Informatics, or a related field.
- Experience:
- Mid-Level: 3–6 years of professional software development experience.
- Senior: 6+ years of experience with a proven track record in designing, implementing, and operating scalable, secure, and performant backend systems.
- Proficient in Java, Spring Boot, REST API design, message-driven architectures (Kafka), async processing, dependency management (Maven), and microservice architecture design, with additional experience in Python or other modern languages.
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), serverless services, monitoring tools (Splunk, Prometheus, Grafana), and best practices like CI/CD, Git workflows, automated testing, and agile methodologies.
- Experience with relational/NoSQL databases, data modelling, production-grade ML integration, and exposure to LLM frameworks (Spring AI, LangChain) with interest in prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and semantic search; routine use of AI-assisted coding tools.
- Fluent in English.
- Strong team player with excellent intercultural communication skills.
