- As a Program Manager (all genders) Composable Commerce, your goal is to competently guide your clients through all phases of innovative e-commerce projects
- You take a helicopter perspective, plan programs and can manage multiple streams simultaneously
- You work closely with stakeholders and other project teams and always have the cross-system solution in mind
- As a mentor, you support less experienced colleagues in project management
What distinguishes you
- You can quickly implement your several years of project and/or program experience in the e-commerce environment in our composable e-commerce projects
- You implement your good, comprehensive understanding of complex issues methodically clean and result-oriented in the projects
- You can set priorities, stakeholder-oriented communication is in your blood and you can manage several projects simultaneously
- Ideally, you have experience in managing composable e-commerce projects based on Commercetools, Scayle or another e-commerce technology
- You are able to ensure the continuous monitoring of project progress and the timely initiation of solution measures
- You are familiar with agile project methodologies and enjoy using them
- You are fluent in German and English
