Effective Field

Broad experience in the Success Factors platform, focusing mainly in implementation and customization, and integration not only with other systems ( namely, Job Boards, etc. ), but also with other components ( namely, Employee Central );
Expertise in Recruitment Management, Recruitment Marketing and/or Onboarding
Successful integration into implementation teams, of “full-cycle” projects;
Translation of business requirements into technical specifications;
Training users on the functionalities and processes (with or without, Enable Now);
Management and maintenance of tickets in your field of expertise, following analysis and resolution;
Developing and maintaining documentation for the various solutions implemented;
Supporting the project management team, during projects different stages;
Research and present practical and innovative solutions to several challenges.

Higher education;
At least 5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors;
Hands-on experience in the SF platform configuration;
Have successfully completed between 2 and 4 full-cycle implementations;
Extensive experience in AMS (support activities) will also be welcomed;
Certifications in any of the specified fields will be welcomed, although not mandatory;
Be highly skilled with the English language, in both verbal and written mode (to be confirmed during first assessment interviews);
To enjoy challenges, both in the technical field, as well in the business process field; and to deal well with complex situations involving people;
Have a strong sense of responsibility;
Have an interactive personality, important for sharing knowledge, learning and exchanging information with teammates and clients;
Ability to work as part of a team and maintain a focus on delivering quality results;
Have a spirit of helping each other solve and overcome problems;
Client-facing skills;
