As Sales Manager DACH, you will manage a high-growth territory, selling both valantic’s best-in-class services and the #1-rated enterprise AI and agentic development platform OutSystems.
You will focus on expanding our successful services in the German-speaking markets within Europe.
You will own the entire sales cycle – from the initial contact through the moderation of the sales motion to the successful closing.
You will work closely with valantic Sales Managers globally as well as with Presales Engineers.
Together with the OutSystems sales representatives, you will define and execute the partner strategy to drive new opportunities.
You will participate in partner and customer events and actively shape sales campaigns to build and grow the business.
What distinguishes you
You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
You bring experience in technology & services markets and several years of selling agile development services or SaaS.
Knowledge of the OutSystems ecosystem or other platform suppliers is a plus.
You are confident using CRM platforms to manage the sales cycle and toolssuch as LinkedIn to identify and engage prospects.
Excellent communication and organizational skills are among your strengths.
You are known for your critical thinking, structured working style, and problem‑solving attitude.
You are an energetic team player with a strong customer‑centric mindset.
You are fluent in German and English.
