Together with the CEO, you will set up strategic projects and initiatives and accompany them from planning to implementation
You will monitor progress, budgets and results and prepare reports, dashboards and presentations for stakeholders
You will ensure compliance with processes, standards and compliance requirements and identify risks at an early stage
You will be the interface between CEO, top management, project teams and departments and ensure clear communication and coordination
You will actively drive the further development and company-wide use of PMO tools, processes and best practices

Degree in natural sciences, economics or technology
Professional experience in a comparable PMO, consulting or project management role. Ideally, track record with larger programs consisting of several initiatives
Strategic thinking and analytical problem-solving skills
Familiarity with project management methods (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) as well as very good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and PM tools (MS Project, Jira, Confluence)
Strong communication skills and confident appearance
Professional experience in a technology-driven company in the FinTech or Financial Services sector is mandatory
Fluent in English and German
