Creation of the migration concept and advice on the migration approach (time, costs, and risk);
Definition and implementation of strategy and solution to support migration of legacy data;
Led data evaluation and mapping activities as well as developing the underlying migration framework for extracting, transforming, validating, enriching, and loading the data from the source system;
Contact person for any migration partners;
Creation of a test concept, design of the test strategy according to the quality objectives, test activities and area of responsibility, test phases and methods;
Definition of requirements and coordination of the set-up of the technical test environment, test data management, selection of test tools;
Training and QA for the test management tool;
Review of project results (test concept, test cases, scripts, test documentation, test reporting, error handling);
Successful identification, conception, and monitoring of the implementation of the test process;
Monitoring and control of test process quality and results;
Initiation and monitoring of non-functional tests (e.g. performance);
Coordination management of all test activities and the activities of all related sub-projects involving all project members;
Moderation of each test phase (daily meetings), provision of reports on test progress, addressing problems and errors within the scope of the test activities (defect dispatching);
Responsible for cutover planning and implementation (consolidation, planning and monitoring). Collection and ordering of individual cutover-relevant tasks from various key areas of the organization: technology, function, development, authorizations, data cleansing & data migration, organizational change management and project management;
Proactively monitor, manage and report on the execution of migration, test and cutover tasks;
Planning and overseeing the tasks of technical consultants and developers;
Guidance and coaching through the definition of documentation and conventions;
Identification of dependencies or possible competing requirements and the derivation of suitable countermeasures.
What distinguishes you
More than 4 years of experience as a Functional SAP Consultant (FIN / LOG);
Experience with implementation projects, especially with tasks in migrations, tests and cutovers;
Already have experience like leading a team in a project and in the future want to be a project manager;
Ability to lead, communicate and sense of responsibility, to have a leadership style by example and ensure that keep momentum on the deliverables with your project team motivated;
To enjoy challenges and to deal well with complex situations involving people and demanding deadlines
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills with all levels for clients and company;
Be a solution-oriented person, with a spirit of mutual help and a solving attitude when issues arise;
Skills in leadership, planning, organization, adaptability, problem-solving, and critical thinking;
Are enthusiastic about new technologies and challenges
Have a very good command of spoken and written English
Be able to communicate, document, and negotiate successfully in Portuguese and English;
Willingness to travel.
