As a Regional Sales Manager you will report directly to our International Director. You will be responsible for promoting the valantic FSA Next Generation FICC Electronic Trading Platform and services to the financial community. To succeed in this role, you need to be an experienced Sales professional with an excellent customer focus. We are looking for someone who knows and understands the electronic trading workflows, focused, goal-oriented, and can document, interpret, and navigate the sales metrics in a very technical environment. We expect you to be a team player and have exceptional people skills. This opportunity is a great stepping-stone for someone keen to work their way into a front-line senior sales management role in the future. 

  • Being responsible for the annual sales target by researching prospective companies and generating new business in your assigned territory
  • Manage customer presentations and demonstrations with the product team
  • Managing the RFPs and RFIs response process in your territory
  • Keeping a record of territorial market trends and requirements and sharing the insights with the product teams
  • Working closely with the Marketing team to help with campaigns and events throughout the year
  • Updating, maintaining, and managing the sales CRM system with accurate data
  • Being a customer-facing ambassador for valantic FSA

Was Dich auszeichnet

  • Proven working experience in selling highly technical solutions to key decision-makers
  • Strong understanding of the Fixed Income landscape and its electronic workflows
  • In-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Prior experience in a financial services firm or the financial services industry is a plus
