- End-to-end implementation experience in SAPIBP applications
- Should be well versed with the IBP Supply KF’s and concepts.
- The candidate should have good knowledge on the DDMRP concept, which includes the various components of DDMRP.
- Candidate should be able set up the Master data and end to end DDMRP configurations independently.
- Should have the knowledge on the Recommend Decoupling Points operator, the Buffer Analysis for providing simulation and override possibilities.
- The candidate is expected to know the Replenishment buffer calculations based on the Decoupled lead times, Minimum Order Quantity, ADU calculation etc.
- Should be strong on the Net flow position calculations, various Group settings (Buffer profiles)
- The candidate should be well versed with the DDMRP Keyfigures and the logics eg- Top of green, MOQ, Net flow etc.
- Demonstrate the ability to plan, run, and manage discovery workshops/meetings with internal and external customers
- Responsible for defining the scope of a project/opportunities, estimating efforts and project timelines
- Providing a creative source of ideas/solutions to address consulting problems
- Excellent Communication skill in English
- Good Team Player with individual ownership
- SAP Certification in SCM –SAP Integrated Business Planning is an added advantage
- Strong client-facing experience and well-developed customer focus
- Solid oral and written communication skills, with the demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical topics to management and non-technical audiences
