Creating a perfect Customer Experience (CX) has become the key competitive advantage for our B2B, B2C and D2C customers.   • As a CX Management & Business Consultant, you drive the successful digital CX transformation of our national and international customers
  • You anticipate how customer behavior and technologies will impact industries and business models and develop future-proof business, innovation and digitization initiatives
  • You work at eye level with the top management and decision makers of our clients and develop successful strategies and implementation programs as a "trusted advisor"
  • You enable companies to interact successfully and future-oriented with their customer groups
  • You work together with our Design, CX, Marketing, CRM & Loyalty and E-Commerce teams to develop holistic strategies as adeptly as implementing rapid POC and MVP's.
  • You are a technical interface in an interdisciplinary and international team of consultants, project managers, UI/ UX designers and developers.

What distinguishes you

  • You have several years of professional experience in the development and implementation of digital business models at a strategy consultancy, in a startup, in project management or corporate/business development
  • In addition to an entrepreneurial mindset, high analytical skills and affinity for technology, you bring a creative spirit and strong communication skills
  • You have a high level of process and methodological competence and have ideally applied these skills in a strategy or management consulting firm

    - You have experience with design thinking tools and other innovation management methods (e.g. Business Model Canvas)

  • You are willing to travel to our customers (DACH region) as a matter of course
  • You are business fluent in German and English.
