- As a CX Management & Business Consultant, you drive the successful digital CX transformation of our national and international customers
- You anticipate how customer behavior and technologies will impact industries and business models and develop future-proof business, innovation and digitization initiatives
- You work at eye level with the top management and decision makers of our clients and develop successful strategies and implementation programs as a "trusted advisor"
- You enable companies to interact successfully and future-oriented with their customer groups
- You work together with our Design, CX, Marketing, CRM & Loyalty and E-Commerce teams to develop holistic strategies as adeptly as implementing rapid POC and MVP's.
- You are a technical interface in an interdisciplinary and international team of consultants, project managers, UI/ UX designers and developers.
