Lösungsarchitekt & Projektleiter (all genders)

As Solution Architect & Project Manager (all genders) you are responsible for the successful implementation of Process Intelligence projects with Celonis, UIPath and MPM at global companies.

•  Based on the system architecture, you will structure the project including staffing and define the appropriate implementation method
• Supported by data engineers, you will implement individual packages during the project and act as a quality gate for other team members
• You are the central contact person for our customers and our team and take over both the technical and the commercial lead
• You support our customers in the realisation of improved processes and create value on the basis of process intelligence
• You identify further consulting potential and support the sales team in the preparation of offers
• As a role model for our consultants, you will take on training and a mentoring function. You can draw on extensive experience in the implementation and moderation of customer workshops

•  After your successful studies you have several years of experience in project and process management
• You are enthusiastic about optimizing corporate processes as a consultant
• You have either gained excellent disciplinary leadership experience or have already led project teams with great success
• Ideally, you have already been significantly involved in a process mining implementation and have expert knowledge in Celonis, UIPath or MPM.
• You ideally have experience in SAP ERP with a focus on logistics, production or distribution
• Your analytical skills are excellent
• Your communication skills enable you to perform successfully in front of larger groups or at board level
• You are fluent in English and German
