As Project Manager (all genders), you are responsible for a portfolio of challenging digital projects in the area of Customer Experience (CX) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) with well-known customers and hidden champions
You will be responsible for planning, managing and executing projects, identifying and managing critical paths in the course of the project and reviewing the progress of the project
You are responsible for the success of the project in terms of content as well as budget, resources and reporting to the management
In addition, as a project portfolio manager, you are the first consultant to the customer and, together with the team, develop convincing solutions around the topic of digital marketing, CX and CRM with a focus on data-driven marketing (DDM) / marketing automation
