As a Senior Recruiter (all genders), you will manage the entire recruiting process for attracting young professionals and professionals in the strategy consulting environment
You will showcase your talents and take advantage of the wide scope for further development of the employer branding of our strategy consulting unit
You will use innovative methods to find and successfully address suitable candidates and inspire your internal clients with customized measures
You advise our executives on search profiles and search strategies and support them throughout the entire process
To attract young professionals, you develop innovative ideas in university marketing and take part in university events
You analyze your successes and present the effectiveness of the different channels through KPIs
In addition to your activities for our strategy consulting unit, you will implement cross-functional projects as part of the group-wide recruiting team

You have several years of recruiting experience in the IT and digitalization environment and have the corresponding methodological and instrumental know-how
