Referent Lohnbuchhaltung/Gehaltsabrechnung (all genders)

As part of a team of HR Managers, Accountants, Legal and Office Managers, you will be responsible for the following tasks as a Payroll Administrator (m/f/d): 

• Preparing the monthly payroll for our location in Magdeburg and Frankfurt am Main on time and independently
• Carrying out registration, reporting and certification procedures
• Correspondence with social insurance agencies, health insurance companies and authorities
• Advice on all payroll-related issues
• Preparation and support of audits
• Preparation of statistics
• General Personnel Administration

MUST HAVE:

• Completed training as an assistant tax accountant or further training as a payroll accountant/salary accountant
• Professional experience in payroll accounting
• Sound knowledge of wage tax and social security law
• Very good knowledge of German

NICE TO HAVE:

• Knowledge in the use of DATEV Lodas
• Independent, responsible and conscientious way of working
• Communicative personality
• Good command of English
