As a consultant (all genders) for HR strategy and transformation consulting, you will accompany our clients on their way to a successful transformation.
In collaboration with our team of experts, you will prepare analyses and derive recommendations for action.
Your field of activity covers the entire process, from the preparation and execution of workshops to the presentation of results and the documentation of results.
You support us in the further development of our consulting concept.
What distinguishes you
You have successfully completed your studies in the field of business administration, social sciences / communication sciences or a comparable course of study
First professional experience in a consulting company and/or in the personnel sector is an advantage
You have a good understanding of complex and technical issues and are able to abstract them.
You are characterized by a structured, proactive way of working with initiative, strong communication skills and your presentation talent
You speak fluent German and good English.
