Your overall goal is to further strengthen valantic as an employer brand and to increase awareness of valantic as an "Employer of Choice" through creative recruiting and social media campaigns.
With focus on employer branding and recruiting, you will actively drive our strong growth. To this end, you will independently develop and implement a long-term employer branding strategy and increase the awareness and attractiveness of valantic through innovative social media campaigns and events.
Through close cooperation and coordination with our recruiting managers, you will ensure consistent communication of the employer brand and support the development of the candidate pipeline.
In addition to creating employer branding and candidate-oriented content, you will continuously develop our career pages and social media channels on XING, linkedIn, instagram, twitter, kununu and glassdoor
The successful implementation of social media and employer branding campaigns is just as important to you as their continuous KPI measurements.
