As Director (all genders) Business Development & Post-Merger Integration you are part of a small team in the direct environment of the company management and report directly to the COO/CSO of valantic
You are in touch with all functions at valantic - from M&A, sales and recruiting to the operational delivery of projects
Business development, the integration of new companies, recruiting as well as near- & offshoring are part of your area of responsibility
In your role, you will work directly with the group's managers: You are a sparring partner on operational and strategic issues and take on business development tasks
You initiate and implement strategic and transformative projects at portfolio companies in process improvement, growth and internal coordination
In the future, there is the possibility of moving into operational management at a competence centre
What distinguishes you
You have successfully completed your studies in business administration, (business) informatics, (business) engineering or a similar discipline
You have five or more years of relevant professional experience, preferably in a strategy, IT or software consultancy, an operational role in an IT systems or software company, or an IT/project/strategy position in a medium-sized company
You have broad functional expertise with strong content-related IT/software know-how - ideally also experience with customer experience topics and with SAP systems and SAP technology
You have experience in the further development of established structures and processes as well as in the professionalisation of small and medium-sized structures
Excellent communication skills; entrepreneurial and pragmatic thinking and acting, analytical, implementation- and goal-oriented way of working, negotiation skills and empathy for people and situations round off your profile
You are willing to travel and speak fluent German and English
