Conducting company analysis and valuation (including market and competitor analysis)
Preparation of initial analyses, offers, letters of intent and due diligence & investment committee documents
Supporting discussions and negotiations within the scope of our acquisition processes
Collaboration in the organizational embedding of new acquisitions into the corporate structure (PMI)
Support of valantic management in strategic issues in the area of corporate finance/M&A

What distinguishes you

You have already proven your analytical skills through excellent academic performance and are at least in your 4th semester
You are studying economics or natural sciences and already have experience from other internships at investment banks/boutiques, private equity companies, strategy or IT consultancies or renowned industrial companies
You show team spirit, but can also work independently
You are resilient and support the team with your creativity
You are proficient in MS-Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
Your German and English skills are fluent
