  • As IT Support Specialist you are the direct contact person for our customers in the B2B area regarding our software solutions
  • Via telephone and e-mail you are responsible for questions, finding solutions and processing customer tickets (2nd and 3rd level)
  • You analyze, categorize and document the incoming tickets according to our workflows and coordinate closely with the other specialist teams for this purpose

What distinguishes you

  • You have successfully graduated in business administration, business informatics or a comparable field of study
  • You have gained initial professional experience in sales in the IT industry
  • Knowledge of innovative software solutions, ideally in the SAP or ECM environment, would be desirable
  • You have a high affinity for IT and are determined and success-oriented in your work
  • You are self-confident and work in a structured manner
  • You enjoy working in a team, are in contact with people and communicate very well in German and good in English
