  • As IT Support Specialist (m/f/d) Customer Care you are the direct contact person (m/f/d) for our internal customers in the area of user software
  • In addition to the administration of the Projektron software, your responsibilities include the management of roles and authorizations in the system as well as adjustments to the user interface
  • You analyze, categorize and document the incoming tickets according to our workflows and coordinate this closely with the technical team and the manufacturer
  • You are responsible for questions, finding solutions as well as processing customer tickets in 2nd and 3rd level

What distinguishes you

  • You have already successfully demonstrated your technical understanding in the area of support or application technology and are familiar with XML
  • You have worked with a project management tool, ideally with the software Projektron
  • You have knowledge in project and process management and can visualise processes through various tools
  • First experience in API programming and/or knowledge of HTML/CSS/javascript as well as knowledge of WebDAV are desirable
  • You speak German and English fluently.
