Effective Field

  • As a working student (all genders) Helpdesk you will help us to support our customers (banks, stock exchanges and internally) with problems of any kind
  • You are part of the international helpdesk team
  • You staff our hotline, take calls and are responsible for their administration
  • You provide user support, do system administration and operations management
  • You are the contact person for our customers and the communication interface to the internal development process

What distinguishes you

  • You are studying and have a technical background
  • You are willing to perform, have good communication skills and are a team player
  • You have built up solid knowledge in some areas of IT (e.g. UNIX, Linux, networks, databases) and would like to expand your knowledge in a dedicated team
  • You speak German and English fluently
