Senior Management Consultant (all genders)

As a Senior Management Consultant (all genders), you will independently lead and manage exciting consulting projects on the following topics:

• Customer support from vision to transformation
• Development of digital and IT strategies and roadmaps
• Digitalization of business models, products, services and processes
• Reorganization and organizational development including modern service management
• Realignment, optimization and modernization of enterprise architectures and application landscapes
• IT security and data protection
• Management and development of project staff
• Identification and implementation of new product ideas or developments
• Recognizing and exploiting opportunities for acquisitions

• Completed studies in economics, business administration, computer science, engineering or comparable and building on this
• At least 5 years of professional experience in the above-mentioned field of activity
• Enthusiasm for digitalization and technology trends, high process understanding
• Passion and a healthy portion of entrepreneurial spirit to get involved
• Experience in managing complex IT projects with varied agile methods
• Know-how on frameworks such as SCRUM, TOGAE, PRINCE2, PMI, ITIL, COBIT, etc.
• Fun with the combination of IT understanding, strategic analysis and structured implementation work
• Clear and secure management communication as well as the ability to present complex facts precisely, comprehensibly and to the point
• Very good knowledge of Mirosoft Office - well structured Word documents, PowerPoint presentation with aha effect and Excel calculations are your daily business
• Very good knowledge of English and German in word and writing
