Product Owner (all genders) Payments

In a team of several Product Owners under the Product Management Leadership you are responsible as PRODUCT OWNER (m/f/d):

• for turning product vision into an actionable backlog
• for maintaining product backlog (list of new features, any change to existing features, bug fixes...)
• for prioritization of tasks / issues in the product backlog in order to make sure that the Development team knows specifically what thing to focus on
• for writing requirements - typically as user stories and epics
• for participating in daily Scrum meetings, planning and reviews

  supporting the development team with all questions

• for the planning of roadmaps and implementation with the Development team
• for the requirements analysis of topics and projects
• for quality of the delivered tasks / issues
• for advocating of the customer needs

MUST HAVE:

• Extensive knowledge of payments (domestic, sepa, swift, instant payments) and/or automation tools
• At least 3 years of professional experience as product owner or a comparable position in the digital environment
• High affinity for IT products and great interest in their design
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (persuasion, negotiation)
• Ability to work with various stakeholders to improve product scope and solve problems
• Fluent English skills

 NICE TO HAVE:

• Bachelor's degree in product management, computer science or a related field, or comparable experience
• Understanding and knowledge of agile methods and SCRUM
• Experiences in cloud/container environments with OpenShift/Kubernetes, web technologies, testing frameworks or performance/scalability
• Experience in projects with complex scope
