SEO Manager (all genders)

As an interface to our valantic companies, you will manage the optimization of existing websites in Hubspot and Wordpress, the improvement of our off-page activities (link building) and the creation of new topic clusters in collaboration with our editors and marketing colleagues. You will be responsible for the following topics:

• Planning, controlling and implementing our SEO strategy and measures
• Regular analysis and monitoring of relevant KPIs with common tools (e.g. Google Analytics, SISTRIX, Google Search Console, Seobility etc.)
• Defining and monitoring technical SEO requirements and advising our internal marketing and web team on the implementation of appropriate optimizations
• Training, briefing and support of our editors on all SEO-relevant topics
• Development and optimization of website and content structures and formats, taking into account keyword research, structured data and SERP snippets, PageSpeed and WebVitals optimizations, trend and competition analyses
  Onboarding of new valantic companies and employees into the existing valantic SEO processes and migration of existing partner websites to valantic.com

• As SEO Manager (all genders) in the central marketing team, you are our expert in the area of on-page and off-page SEO optimization
• You know all the tricks and tools to analyze the SEO status quo of a website, to identify weaknesses and to fix them
• Due to your several years of professional experience, which you may have gained in the B2B environment, you will independently drive our SEO strategy forward with the goal of increasing our SERPs and catapulting our most important websites and landing pages among the top search results in search engines
• With the help of your very good project management skills and fluent German and English, you work effectively with a large team of marketing professionals and help to optimize their content SEO-specifically
