Authority Information System

One system for everything

All inquiries end up in a single workflow system. Your employees need only to work with this one system – regardless of whether the initial request was received by mail, fax, email or ESB arrived (Electronic Interface for authorities).

The employee only needs to decide whether the request is justified and therefore should be carried out (formal check) and takes over the query parameters – c.-AIS takes care on the rest of the job.

Automated processes for easy handling

cAIS collects all the necessary information (customer data, traffic data, etc.) in the connected backend systems – also multilevel queries are performed automatically. All necessary reply letters are created by the system and if desired delivered automatically. Plausibility check, successful testing and invoicing is done just in one system.

ETSI-ESB

cAIS built the so-called ETSI ESB interface for TR TKÜ 6.2,which has become mandatory by the Telecommunications Act for the information provisioning of inventory data. It isalso possible to fully integrate the Utimaco LIMS system into the workflow to switch with the possibility measuresand automated monitoring. Of course c.-AIS also manages the invoicing of such transactions and has an integrated audit function.

Easy operation

There are no more media breaks (digital process). This means that transactions can be processed faster and less error prone. Working with an user-friendly, Web 2.0-based graphical workflow that can serve your employees with little training.

Modular expandable

If you require special adaptations or have more demands on the system, we can tailor the system easily so that it fits perfectly to your requirements. Thanks to our profound know-how in telecommunications we help you to make the analysis of the processes and see together how we can improve your process and make it more efficient.

Managed service and application management

In addition we offer application management of the c.-AIS solution as well as a managed service (including system operation) with end-to-end responsibility. With this option you have a reliable system with constant and predictable costs.
