Reducing the complexity of processes in the finance sector is Tilman von den Hoff’s goal. Standardization wherever possible and only allowing deviations where necessary. These principles create transparency in controlling and accounting processes. They simplify handling and enable employees to perform tasks that create added value for the company. In particular, planning processes should follow this approach so that the scarce resource “employees” is spared in the planning and forecast phases. These principles have guided Tilman von den Hoff over the course of his more than 15 years’ work in consulting for medium-sized and large companies. He gained the basis for his consulting approach as a manager at various medium-sized companies such as Vorwerk.

Tilman von den Hoff joined LINKIT Consulting (now valantic ERP Consulting) in 2012 and is currently Managing Director.
