Prior to founding valantic, Holger von Daniels was a board member of Allgeier SE and, before joining Allgeier, he worked at Roland Berger. As a project manager, principal and member of the management board, he was responsible for numerous reorganization projects at medium-sized enterprises.

Holger von Daniels studied and received his doctorate in St. Gallen (HSG), New York (NYU) and Rostock.
