Many technology and consulting companies advocate digitization, agility, and flexibility. However, they often run their business like traditional corporations with rigid structures and slow processes. At valantic, we have stressed the importance of structures and systems that support flexibility and agility for all Competence Centers and promote entrepreneurship from the very beginning. At the same time, we create a financially strong organization by integrating the companies under one roof and thereby guaranteeing a stable and reliable partner for both our customers and our employees. This is the basis of our daily activities, and this is the standard to which Alexander Diepold and his (small but efficient) finance team at valantic are ready to measure up.
After graduating in business administration, Alexander Diepold worked in various controlling positions at Kabel Deutschland. Most recently, he worked in Finance & Controlling at the publicly listed Allgeier SE. Among other things, he was responsible for the integration of new group entities, including a large Indian corporation, which he also supported locally.
