This year at Shoptalk, valantic explores a simple but important question: Is your webshop intuitive and accessible enough for everyone – even a tech-curious grandmother?
Our booth invites visitors to reflect on how digital experiences can (and should) work for all generations. A live, interactive experiment will put real retail websites to the test as our on-site granny named Val, attempts to shop online for her Gen Z grandchildren.
She will then conclude: is this website ‘granny proof’?
