- Definition and maintenance of a product roadmap for relevant modules in the payment area
- Analysis of new product features requested by customers or the market
- Summarize the regulatory changes and their impact on the products
- Participation in product design and functional development
- Leading new market trends in the payments area (e.g. ISO 20022, digitalization, API readiness)
- Product-related project consulting
- Act as a speaker in webinars
- Support in the creation of offers, supporting materials, presentations and website content
- Supporting the development and 2nd line support teams with functional questions
What distinguishes you
- Strong understanding of the payment industry (e.g. payment processing, transaction flows and industry schemes and standards (MT, MX, RTGS, ISO 20022, SEPA))
- Min. 5 years of product management experience successfully delivering high quality products on time
- Knowledge of gathering and documenting requirements, creating user stories and defining acceptance criteria
- Ability to effectively prioritize and manage product backlogs and ensure the highest value features are developed and delivered
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex business scenarios and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment with a good understanding of Agile methodologies
- Project management skills with the ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Fluent English skills
