- As Manager (all genders) Cloud Migration, you will be responsible for migrations to the shared Microsoft 365 environment
- You will research and qualify requests to make them “migration-ready” based on the shared information
- You collect assessments of individual use cases and possible obstacles to migration during the migration process
- You support the transition to the Microsoft 365 environment and advise on the planning and preparation of migrations
- You will work with technology vendors to find the right solutions to support our Microsoft 365 strategy and develop and implement a comprehensive migration plan for tenant-to-tenant migrations
- Manage all aspects of the migration process, including planning, piloting and deployment
- Collaborate with multiple teams from different departments to create a positive, fluid and great Digital Workplace user experience with minimal barriers to entry
- Contribute to the overall governance of Microsoft 365 platform services from an architecture perspective, especially in the area of third-party system integration by developing recommendations to improve the migration experience
What distinguishes you
- You have experience in project management and leading discussions at management level
- You also have expertise in navigating the SaaS environment, IT teams and project implementation
- You have a strong customer and stakeholder orientation and are very communicative
- You have good knowledge of end user services, IT support and IT operations as well as practical experience with Microsoft 365 migrations and tenant-to-tenant migrations
- Ideally you have knowledge and experience with PowerShell, Intune, VDI/AVD and Microsoft and Apple endpoint management and migration
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously round off your profile
