As E-Commerce Consultant (all genders), you advise our customers across the entire E-Commerce funnel
You are responsible for the conception of business features along the value chain
Thereby you accompany and advise our customers in requirements engineering and in all questions around the broad E-Commerce product portfolio
You will be responsible for evaluating, developing and optimizing the content of external requirements, also on an international level
Thereby you also identify and communicate possible alternatives, work-arounds and quick-wins
In parallel, you support the key account management in customer meetings, as well as in the preparation and follow-up of meetings up to board level
You skillfully lead the customer and build a trusting relationship in which you continuously advise and develop your customer
In the process, you are not only a communication / organization professional with our external partners, but also with your colleagues and coordinate interdisciplinary project teams
What distinguishes you
You are self-taught or have a degree in computer science, economics or similar? For us this is not so important, because the will is in the first place
