As Business Analyst (all genders) Payments you will be responsible for:
- Analysis and further development of valantic payment products
- Conducting webinars, workshops and presentations
- Supporting the preparation of offers
- Supporting the analysis of customer requirements and carrying out corresponding implementation analyses with the development department
- Creation of specification documents or business concepts
- Project consulting
- Support in the integration of our systems at the customer's site
- Close cooperation with the customer's bank as well as the internal project management, development department, QA department and our support team
What distinguishes you
MUST HAVE:
- At least 3 years of experience in the field of payments, payment processes and payment instruments.
- Knowledge of the payment processes relevant for Europe (SEPA, SWIFT, Instant Payments, Direct Debits, Request2Pay)
- Knowledge of ISO20022 and SWIFT MT messages for payments
- Fluent in English
NICE TO HAVE:
- Basic knowledge of other non-EU payment systems and processes (Card Clearing, Treasury)
- You are a motivated team player
- Ability to work in an organized manner and to handle several customer projects at the same time
- Knowledge of known clearing systems and their payment transaction processing
- Good communication skills
- You have already worked in an international environment
- Fluent in German or Spanish
