For Darko Kopčić, good advising starts with a good sales process – for him, listening and understanding are the starting point for successfully overcoming the central challenges of digitalization in HR management and working toward HR 4.0. In his opinion, there is hardly a process in the HR department that is not influenced by the megatrend digitalization. The current situation shows that many German companies have to re-think their procedures and position themselves courageously. Crucial is that they simplify their HR processes (employee self-service/manager self-service), HR systems (payroll, HR administration, document management, recruiting, time management, etc.) and quantitative HR data storage (Big Data) so that decision-making and their daily work improve. This also happens based on qualitative HR data analyses and a sensible linking of OnPremise and cloud systems at the company. Darko uses his more than 20 years’ IT and HR sales experience at various IT consulting and software companies to break down established ways of thinking about digital trends in HR and to provide his customers with technological expertise for the long term and the necessary operative excellence for their complex HR projects.
